OUR STORY
The name Strive Insurance Brokers represents hard work, ambition, and the belief that better is always within reach.
As a young family, Jeff and his wife, Kiri, sat down and mapped out their goals for the future. Over the years, many of those goals have been ticked off the list, while others continue to drive them forward.
When it came time to name the business, they realised that their drive to strive for a better future isn’t unique to them - it’s a shared Kiwi value.
With friends and family on similar journeys, the name Strive felt like a natural fit.
MEET JEFF AND KIRI
While Jeff built a successful career in insurance, Kiri pursued her passion for finance, becoming an accomplished accountant. Behind the scenes, Kiri plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly and offering unwavering support to Jeff.
Outside of work, life is full and lively. You’ll find them cheering on their daughter at gymnastics, coaching their son’s football team, or lacing up their own boots for a game of hockey or football.
They love spending time with friends and getting out and about - whether it’s enjoying the latest local event, a trip to the beach or park, or simply exploring what Taranaki has to offer.
With three energetic kids and a calendar full of activities, there’s never a dull moment in the Engels household.
